Mute Tutorial
The Mute
command lets you stop a member from interacting with Navi. This is useful if a member is abusively spamming Navi in your group and you'd like to stop them!
You cannot mute admins, only members in the group!
Mute Manager [Navi Profile]
If you don't want to spam the group & sort through members to mute, you can easily use the Navi Profile to get the job done!
Connect to profile
- Visit your Navi Profile
- you can also send Profile to Navi's private messages.
- Select Manage Groups
- Select the group you'd like to manage
- Select Manage Group Members
Example of a member you can mute
List Members
Command: Mute
To view a list of members you can mute, you can say Mute
. Each member will have an ID next to their name (usually a number).
Mute
Format: Mute <number>
To mute a member in the group, you must first find their ID by saying Mute
, once you've found the ID next to their name, you can proceed to say Mute <number>
.
Replace <number>
with the ID found next to their name.
You can mute all members at once by saying
Mute ***
Listing Muted Members
Command: Unmute
To view a list of members that have been muted, you can say Unmute
.
Unmute
Format: Unmute <number>
To unmute a member that has been previously muted, you must first find their ID by saying Unmute
. Once you've found the ID you may proceed to say Unmute <number>
.
Replace <number>
with the ID found next to their name.
You can unmute all members at once by saying
Unmute ***
