Blacklist

With the Blacklist command, you can prevent members from saying a specific words or phrases that may be considered offensive or against the rules of the group. This is useful for preventing spammers or trolls who attack your groups!

Blacklisted keywords also work against the display name of someone who joins the group.

The keyword blacklisted is detected if it's anywhere in the message.


Blacklist Manager [Profile]

Below you'll find how to manage blacklists through commands, but you can also use these features through the Navi Profile. You can view the list of blacklisted keywords you've saved, as well as create them in private.

Connect to profile

  • Visit your Navi Profile
    • you can also send Profile to Navi's private messages.
  • Select Manage Groups
  • Select the group you'd like to manage
  • Select Manage Blacklisted Triggers

Blacklist [Profile]

By being able to manage the blacklist through your Navi Profile, you can privately blacklist keywords, this is helpful if you want to keep the action private. You'll find the following button when viewing your blacklist using the steps mentioned above.

Format: Blacklist <word>

If you'd like to blacklist a word in your group, you have to use the following format Blacklist <word>.

Replace <word> with the word or phrase you'd like to blacklist.

You may also view a list of blacklisted keywords you've created by saying Blacklist in the group.

Command: Blacklist or Whitelist

To view a list of blacklisted triggers, you can say Blacklist or Whitelist


Whitelist

Format: Whitelist <word>

If you no longer want Navi to remove on a blacklisted word, first retrieve the word from the list by saying Blacklist or Whitelist.

Once you've found the word you'd like to whitelist, you use the following format Whitelist <word> to remove it.

Replace <word> with the word you'd like to whitelist.
